Order Cancellation

At Samuels Diamonds, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. However, in certain cases, an order may need to be cancelled due to reasons such as limited stock availability, pricing or product information errors, or verification issues identified by our payment and fraud prevention team.

If your order is cancelled by us after payment, you will receive a full refund within 10–15 business days, processed through the original payment method.

Customers may also request a cancellation before the order enters processing (usually within 24–48 business hours). Once an order is marked as “Processing,” it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts and the order is returned, re-shipping charges will apply. In such cases, the original order may be cancelled without a refund.
