We offer a 7 days Returns & Refund Policy on our jewelry, subject to standard quality checks and applicable deductions.


How It Works

  1. Contact Us – Reach out to our customer care team via call, email, or chat to initiate your return or exchange request.

  2. Send Your Product – Ship the item back to us along with the original packaging, invoice, and certificate.

  3. Quality Check – Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the jewelry for authenticity and condition.

  4. Refund/Exchange – After verification, we’ll contact you with the applicable deductions and complete the process accordingly.

Please note: Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are to be borne by the customer.


Important Notes

  • Customized or engraved jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not covered under this policy.

  • The original invoice and product certificate must be provided to qualify for return or buyback.
