At Samuels Diamond & Co., we understand that the perfect fit matters as much as the perfect ring.
Whether your ring can be resized depends on its design, metal type, and the size adjustment required.

Cost & Process:

Any change in size may result in a slight difference in cost, depending on the amount of metal or craftsmanship involved.
If there’s an increase, you can pay the difference securely via transfer or over-the-phone.
If there’s a decrease, we’ll refund the difference to you.
Shipping charges will apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note, resizing services are not available for international orders.

Repairs

We want your jewelry to stay as beautiful as the day you received it.
If your piece needs attention, our expert team will assess it with care and precision.

How it works:

Contact our customer support team to describe the issue and receive initial guidance.
Once confirmed, send the jewelry to us securely.
Upon inspection, we’ll provide a detailed estimate for the repair.
After full payment, our artisans will restore your piece and ship it back to you.

Repair charges are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of work required.
Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
