- We have a 14-day return policy for non-customized items. However, we do offer a 30-day exchange policy.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
